What information should I bring to my appointments?


Sportz Factory medical providers and staff deliver quality health and wellness care to individuals, this is only possible when information regarding your health status is made available. It is important to bring any documentation regarding your medical condition or authorize Sportz Factory to access that information from any external provider(s).




What type of clothing should I wear to my appointment(s)?


It is important to be comfortable. Tight fitting clothing will restrict movement and make it difficult to get the full effect of any treatment. Active wear is a good option as it may better allow the provider to deliver care to the affected area(s).




What is the Sportz Factory schedule change/cancellation policy?


Appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 2 hours in advance of the start time. If changes or cancellations are made within 2 hours of the original appointment start time, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged to the client’s account.

If a client does not show for an appointment within 15 min of the start time, a cancellation fee (full price of the scheduled service) will be applied to the client’s account.

What can Sportz Factory do to help me feel better?


Sportz Factory services are a part of regimen to improve and maintain the health and wellness of our clients. The goal of these treatments is to facilitating healing and improve performance by:

  • Increasing circulation
  • Increasing mobility and flexibility
  • Using modalities that help to manage pain
  • Correcting biomechanical issues that may lead to dysfunction
  • Implementing therapeutic rehabilitative protocols




Can I use my HSA or FSA card for payment of services?


With the prescription from a physician services delivered by Sportz Factory can be categorized as a qualified medical expense. However, HSA/FSA card issuing companies may still authorize or decline charges, in the same manner as any other credit card. Contact your card issuer to inquire about your specific situation. How many sessions do I need to feel relief or effects of the treatments?


Most clients have reported a positive response in as few as 2-3 treatments. However, each client will be assessed to determine needs and the appropriate treatment plan.




Does our event need to be large in order to use Sportz Factory Event Management services?


No. Each serious inquiry is assessed to determine the amount of time, staffing and resources required to stage and carry out the event being planned, it is not just dependent on the scale of the event. This applies to the following services:

  • Athletic Training Coverage
  • Sportz Event Management
